How do I watch on my smart TV?
You can watch ReiliTV on most Smart TVs by opening your browser and visiting:

Login with your account and start streaming.
If your TV supports screen mirroring or casting, you can also cast from your phone.

How do I watch via Chromecast or AirPlay?
Open ReiliTV on your phone or computer and use the built-in AirPlay or Chromecast button to cast your screen to your TV.
Make sure your TV and device are on the same WiFi network.

I’m having trouble signing in to watch
1. Double-check your email and password
2. Make sure your subscription is active
3. Try clearing cookies or using a different browser

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime by:
1. Logging into your ReiliTV account
2. Going to Account Settings → Billing
3. Selecting Cancel Subscription
Your access will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Why am I getting a message that I’m watching on too many devices?
ReiliTV may limit simultaneous streams to protect your account.
Sign out on other devices or change your password if you believe someone else is using your account.

Troubleshooting a skipping or lagging video
Try these steps:
• Check your internet connection
• Restart your device
• Try another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
• Turn off VPNs
• Lower the video quality if available

I subscribed through the mobile app but still can’t access content
If you subscribed through a third-party processor (Apple, Google, etc.), your subscription may take a few minutes to sync.
Try signing out and back in.
If issues continue, contact support.

How do I download videos to my iPhone or iPad?
Downloading for offline viewing is currently not supported on ReiliTV.
This feature may be added in the future.

How do I turn on subtitles?
If subtitles are available, you will see a CC button on the video player.
Tap it to enable or disable subtitles.
