About the Founder

ReiliTV Network was created by Mikea “Ms Kay” Rivers, a storyteller, creative, and entrepreneur from Virginia. After navigating her own justice-impacted journey and rebuilding from the ground up, she launched ReiliTV as a space where real stories and real people are centered—not silenced.

As a Black, woman-owned company, ReiliTV is committed to amplifying voices that are often overlooked—women, single mothers, system-impacted individuals, and everyday people with powerful stories.

Partnerships & Opportunities

ReiliTV is actively developing collaborations with nonprofits, schools, behavioral health programs, and public agencies to produce media around youth empowerment, re-entry, trauma awareness, domestic violence, entrepreneurship, and mental health. Funding, sponsorships, and contracts allow us to scale this work, hire local talent, and bring more community-centered stories to the screen.
